1. Introduction

Welcome to AffiList ("App", "we", "our", "us").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

AffiList offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
• Prices and durations are shown in the App before payment.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful and personal purposes. You must not misuse, copy, or attempt to reverse engineer any part of it.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, content, and code within AffiList are the property of AffiList.app and are protected by copyright and intellectual-property laws.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated or for any other lawful reason.

6. Limitation of Liability

AffiList is provided "as is". We make no guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
