Judging by the listing, Stella has no voice of yours in it anywhere: no recording, no reading your own lines. The narrator is the app's. Who should pick which
Pick Stella if you want to lie back and listen to a generated story about your future, you speak English, and you'd rather not hear your own voice at all. Pick Affilist if the point is your own voice, first thing, as the alarm: you record the affirmations or a Manifesto, the AI writes new lines for what's actually weighing on you in seven languages, and the recording rings through silent mode as a real alarm.
